- Who is eligible for the program?
- We accept applicants from all industries, all fields of expertise, and all social/economic/spiritual backgrounds. Entrepreneurs. Line managers. Artists. Non-profit leaders. Activists. Doctors. Attorneys. Inventors. Political operatives. And a variety of other professionals.
- What if I’m a more established CEO and don’t match the demographic profile for Young Gun Execs?
- Coaching By Cornerstone, our parent company, can provide you with a customized, one-on-one delivery of the course material. Many seasoned CEO’s have engaged our executive coaching service over the years in order to achieve business and personal mastery, as well as to address leadership dilemmas and realignments. - How much does the program cost?
- $850 monthly fee paid the first of each month by credit card.
Additional monthly materials fee, which includes:- Required readings for the course
- Licensing of course materials
- Online gaming simulations
- Weekend Retreat costs
An initial, non-refundable deposit of your last month’s program fee and materials fee is required upon acceptance to the program.
Discuss the possibility with your company of splitting the costs associated with this program or your firm covering the expense completely.
- What forms of payment do you accept for the program?
- We accept payment by credit card.
- How long is the program?
- The Young Gun Execs program is a demanding and transformational nine-month experience requiring a commitment of fifteen hours per month from each participant. Every month there will be a 3-hour classroom component — classes meet from 6:00-9:00 p.m. on the same weeknight of the same week each month, 2-hour study triad meetings, 9-hour readings and learning experience. There will also be a launch event prior to the program beginning and a 24-hour weekend retreat. You will have two, 45-minute, one-on-one meetings with an executive coach each month to process the key success drivers in your life. In addition, the coach is available for email and phone interaction throughout the program.
- How much of my time do I need to devote to the program?
- You will need to devote fifteen hours per month for nine months.
- What is the attendance policy?
- If you need to miss a class period, you can catch up on the learning through a consultation with the course instructor, as well as help from your group triad. Young Gun Execs does not, however, refund fees for months in which you were absent.
- How often do we meet?
- Every month there will be a 3-hour classroom component — classes meet from 6:00-9:00 p.m. on the same weeknight of the same week each month, 2-hour study triad meetings, 9-hour readings and learning experience. - What if an unforeseen circumstance arises and I can’t complete the program?
- Simply inform the course instructor. Though we cannot refund your deposit or your previous monthly payments, you will be under no financial obligation to complete the remainder of the course. If you wish to re-enroll in a future cohort, we will save you a spot.
- What will I learn in the program?
- Young Gun Execs is a nine-month, group-based executive training program that combines the rigor of an MBA classroom with the personalized development of coaching. Through case-based learning, Young Guns will join with other elite 25-45 year-old leaders in mastering the Nine Skills of Executive Mastery:
Business Mastery: Fiscal Metrics, Efficient Workflow, Strategy, Organizational Leadership, Change Management and Leading Teams.
Self-Mastery: Bootstrapping a Calling, Self-Awareness and Ethical Leadership, and apply them in your professional life to reach your full potential.

- The program teaches the importance of having a balanced professional and personal life. You will be taught skills to ensure you can fulfill your dreams without turning the people you love into casualties of your ambition.

- This group-based executive training program that combines the rigor of an MBA classroom with the personalized development of coaching, will help you excel beyond your limits. You will learn to master key executive skills such as:

- How will I know if I’ve been successful in the program?
- After completing the Young Gun Execs program, you will be able to identify opportunities for growth or efficiencies in your firm operations, marketing, and financial processes. You will have learned hands-on experience and skills to help you grow your company and grow your career. The program is customized to use your experience to ensure you grow professionally and personally.

- What is the application process?
- The program is highly selective. Only 30 entrepreneurs and emerging leaders from your region constitute each class of future executives. Qualified applicants complete an application and are recommended by an executive.
As an applicant, you differentiate yourself by the strength of your:

- When will I know if I’ve been accepted into the program?
- You will be informed by phone or mail within one week of the application deadline.
- What if I am not satisfied with my experience at Young Gun Execs?
- We feel so strongly that our program will be transformative and advance your career. If you do not believe that your Young Gun Execs experience is creating value for you personally and professionally, you may quit the program. To opt out of the course, you must inform the instructor before the first of the month. Your initial deposit (materials fee plus the ninth month’s fee), plus your fees paid for prior months are not refundable, but you will have no further financial obligation.
